Registration refunds requested before the start of the curling season:
- Member requests for a refund; CurlESP will withhold a $10.00 processing fee. The refund will be issued in the same payment type that was used to register.
- If CurlESP is required to issue a refund to a member, due to an unforeseen circumstance (i.e. oversold league), CurlESP will issue a full refund using the payment type that was used to register.
Registration refunds requested after the start of the curling season:
- Refund requests will be assessed by the board on a case by case basis; refund requests should be sent to the board through your league convener.
