The 2026-27 Manitoba Blue Cross Curling Club Winnipeg Regional Qualifier (previously sponsored by Seagram's Whisky) will take place at the Deer Lodge Curling Club from Friday, November 27th to Sunday, November 29th, 2026. The first draw will be in the evening of November 27th.
The registration deadline for all teams competing in the regional qualifiers is 4:30 PM on Thursday, November 12, 2026.
The criteria & selection process for CurlESP Teams (both women’s and men’s teams) who might be interested in competing in the Curling Club Winnipeg Regional Qualifier is as follows:
- CurlESP is allowed to send up to TWO women’s teams and TWO men’s teams and the Club will cover the entry fee for each team.
- Any player, regardless of age or the league they play in or method of delivery (regular or stick), is eligible to enter and the team can be made up of any four curlers as long as all team members are:
- affiliated members of Curl Manitoba,
- registered members of CurlESP for the 2026-27 season,
- have each paid at least ONE full CurlESP league fee registration for the 2026-27 season, and
- have and will be playing regularly in a CurlESP league for the entire 2026-27 season.

- Any team that is interested in competing must submit their name and list of players to the CurlESP Board by Monday, October 26, 2026 (i.e. at least four weeks prior to the start date of the regional Qualifiers)
- If an expressed interest is received from more than TWO women’s and/or TWO men’s teams, CurlESP will need to hold a mini-bonspiel/play-off to determine which teams will qualify to represent CurlESP in the regional qualifiers. The mini-bonspiel must be completed by November 10, 2026 in order to meet the Nov 12th registration deadline.
- Once the CurlESP teams have been identified and confirmed, each team’s skip will be advised to register for the event through Curling I/O and then submit their receipt to the CurlESP Board for reimbursement.

The Manitoba Blue Cross Curling Club Provincial Championship Games will be hosted by the Pembina Curling Club from April 1-24, 2027.
